Splitting the test structure between different Test Plans

The Test Coordinator has learned that testing needs to be split into two separate phases.

  • Phase one project tests are to remain in the current structure.
  • Tests of phase two are to go into a new test structure (new Test Plan).

All work is to be done in a way that does not impede work of testers involved in testing of the first phase of the project.
